Terms & Conditions

By engaging with DDevs Technologies, clients agree to our standard Terms & Conditions, including project scope, timelines, payment terms, confidentiality, and intellectual property rights. All services provided are subject to a mutual agreement, and any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing. DDevs Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure quality, clarity, and legal compliance.

DDevs Technologies offers design, development, automation, branding, AI-integrated web solutions, mobile applications, hosting, domain services, and digital transformation solutions.

Services may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, yearly, or project basis and can be customized according to client requirements.

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear, complete, and timely project requirements.
• Cooperate throughout the project by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Ensure that all provided content (text, images, videos, logos, documents, etc.) is original or properly licensed.

• All projects require either full payment or milestone-based payments as defined in the signed agreement.
• Late payments may result in additional charges and project delays.
• Source code, credentials, or final deliverables will not be handed over until full payment has been received.
• An advance payment of 50% (or as otherwise agreed) is required before any project or service begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or deployment.
• Monthly and yearly subscription plans must be paid in advance on or before the due date.
• Payment terms for retainers, hosting, maintenance, support, or managed services will be specified in the quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Taxes & Additional Fees

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or other taxes) unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes will be charged according to applicable Indian and international laws.
• International bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility.

Late Payments & Suspension of Services

• Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of ₹500 or 5% of the invoice amount, whichever is higher.
• If payment remains outstanding for 15 days, DDevs Technologies reserves the right to suspend services, including websites, hosting, emails, AI services, automation workflows, or ongoing support.
• After 30 days of non-payment, DDevs Technologies may terminate the project or service agreement and permanently delete data stored on its servers, unless legally required to retain it.

• Refunds are not available for completed services, delivered projects, digital products, licenses, hosting, domains, or third-party services.
• Subscription cancellations are not eligible for partial or prorated refunds.
• If the client terminates a project midway, any advance payment already made shall be non-refundable.

• Projects may include complimentary support for a limited period (typically 7–30 days depending on the selected package).
• Ongoing support, maintenance, updates, monitoring, and bug fixes are available through separate maintenance plans.
• Issues caused by third-party updates, browser changes, plugin incompatibility, API modifications, or client-side changes are chargeable.

• Clients retain ownership of all original content they provide.
• DDevs Technologies retains ownership of reusable code libraries, frameworks, utilities, automation modules, AI workflows, and internal development tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Ownership of the final project is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

• A limited number of revisions are included as specified in the proposal or agreement.
• Additional revisions after approval or delivery will be billed separately.
• Any changes outside the agreed project scope may require a revised quotation, timeline, or additional charges.
• Monthly and yearly service plans include only the modifications defined in the selected plan.

• Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and secure.
• DDevs Technologies will not disclose or use client information outside the agreed project scope without written permission unless legally required.

• Hosting and domain registration may be purchased through DDevs Technologies or through an external provider selected by the client.
• DDevs Technologies is not responsible for outages, downtime, security incidents, or policy changes affecting third-party providers.
• Clients using our managed hosting services may request server credentials and dashboard access where applicable.
• We integrate trusted third-party platforms such as payment gateways, SMS providers, email providers, AI APIs, cloud hosting providers, analytics platforms, and automation services.
• Any recurring third-party subscription, API usage, software license, or infrastructure costs are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

• Project deliverables may be provided as live deployments, compressed files, Git repositories, installation packages, or cloud-based deployments.
• A limited post-delivery support period may be included depending on the selected package.

Delivery & Deployment

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may change depending on project scope, revisions, approvals, and client responsiveness.
• Final deployment will occur only after all outstanding payments have been cleared.
• For projects without managed hosting, files will be delivered through email, cloud storage, Git repository, or another mutually agreed delivery method, along with basic deployment instructions where applicable.

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing at least 15 days' written notice.
• Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
• DDevs Technologies reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services in cases involving fraud, abuse, illegal activities, security threats, breach of agreement, or non-payment.

DDevs Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and shall apply to all new and ongoing clients from the effective date.
